This is my 2nd time staying at thisn chain of Hilton, and it mirrored the last one. Terrible service all around. Their computers were down, no one could check in, no idea how long to wait so I checked in to another hotel nearby (that was actually also a Hilton hotel) that was cheaper, cleaner, more efficient,

Disgusting.
Disgusting - we opened the door to the room and as soon as we entered we found a clogged, unflushed toilet. See photo. I nearly vomited and the cleaning staff working on the room opposite told us the room wasn’t supposed to be allocated. Also the “shuttle” is only available for a very limited period 6:00-10:00 am, so no use if you want a lift from the airport. Worst experience in 4 years and over 100 stays on Hotels.com Stay somewhere else.

Our hotel room was ready when we arrived. Check in was smooth, with friendly staff. Our room was supposed to have a tub and didn’t but that was no big deal. The room was very clean, and the kitchen area was a nice feature as well as the sofa and TV area. Their complimentary coffee was good but the breakfast was mediocre at best. Being gluten free they had limited options. The food was really the only negative. The room could use a little update, the couch was not in great shape and the room looked a little outdated but as I said was very clean and that is what is important to me.

First the roon smelled like old dog pee, told the cleaninf ladies and they helped a lot and re cleaned, but at night it smelled awfull again plus it was too hot in the room. The manager offer me the change the roon to another floor, we were in a family group so I had to change floor with my husband at 11 pm with two slept babies nobody helped or offered a better room to compensate. At least they have laundry so thats good.

Everything was good, would definitely stay again. The only minor issue I had was after walking around in my room for a bit, the bottoms of my socks were fairly dirty, indicating the carpet needed cleaned. Everything appeared clean, new and nice though. It’s a good place.
