Very rude and nasty owner! Wasn’t worth $$$!
The one sink knob was soo rusted it wouldn’t turn so no hot warmer to wash your hands & the shower didn’t work. So I called they said they would send someone right away. No came til the next afternoon! The maintenance men ended up flooding the downstairs! Ruined my Michael kors purse and other items! Shower still wasn’t working after they left! It had roaches which I showed the maintenance men! He offer me a roach killer spray in case I seen more! Post said three beds there was only two and a couch that they put two ottomans together against the couch, held by a bedsheet and called that a bed! Every time you would move, you would fall through to the floor! They send everything not in English to your email so I had no idea what my room number was or the entry codes were etc! For some reason that room had no cell phone service unless you went outside. I had a man verbal attack me and my disabled child because he was excited about going to the pool at 4pm (wasn’t quiet time) so he was a little loud but their was a meeting In the open hallway we were walking down and it bothered him! So he got in my sons face screaming at him and then in my! I was shaking so bad I went to security personally eventho he threatened to go get them himself! Come to find out he was one of the “owner”! Smh
