Not Pleased
I called early the day of check in to make sure our rooms were going to be secure due to late flight and late check in and was told everything was all set. When we arrived around midnight to check in very tired from travel the agent had us to wait for assistance. I reserved a double queen that was paid for in advance. I also had two young children with me. Once we checked in and got to the room it was a a king bed. Went back to the front desk and was told that was all they had and someone gave my room away and was nothing else available. Tired and very frustrated at this point she said they had a couple of rooms that needed minor things done that they did not reserve. She came back a few minutes later and said a clean one was available so I had no choice but to take it. Got to the room and the television did not work so we were without. Will not be staying there again. The service and the rooms were not worth the money.
