We had issues with the online check-in process, it took way longer than it should have. Emails from the hotel and hotelscom sent me to multiple different websites that i had to guide through. The hotel in itself was very clean and comfortable and close to a metrostation as well as a trainstation. When I booked the hotel I had reserved a room with a queen sized bed, but upon arrival i was told that I had booked a room with two single beds. When I checked the receipt and booking confirmation it said I had in fact booked the queen sized bed. There was also a surprise ”city tax” that had to be paid when checking in, but it was made clear in the fine print of the receipt. Just letting others know!
