We requested an early check-in, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, simply telling us the room wasn’t ready and that we should keep checking back ourselves. They offered to store our luggage for an extra fee, which felt ridiculous considering the circumstances.
For over three hours, we returned every 30 minutes to ask if the room was ready — each time receiving the same cold response. Even after the official check-in time had passed, the room was still not ready. We were told to wait an additional 15–20 minutes with zero apology or empathy.
By the time we finally got access to the room, we were so frustrated and uncomfortable with the whole experience that we only stayed for about two hours before deciding to book another place for the night. The way we were treated was unacceptable — I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel.
Frankly, it’s shocking that a place with such high ratings delivers this kind of service. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
