We stayed here for one night as a family of four (two adults and two very young kids) during a road trip. The hotel was very clean and well-located, and we were fortunate to find roadside parking nearby — both definite pluses.
However, a few aspects made the stay less comfortable for a family. First, there was a dim emergency exit sign in the room that stayed on all night. While we understand the safety requirement, the light disrupted our sleep — particularly for our 2-year-old. Second, during dinner at the restaurant, our children were being their usual cheerful selves, and instead of addressing us directly, a staff member chose to scold them — which felt inappropriate and unwelcoming. Third, breakfast only started at 7am, which was a little late for our travel plans.
Lastly, while the hotel offers underground parking with electric charging — a feature we specifically looked for — the entrance to the garage was very tight for our midsize SUV. In the end, we decided not to risk using it.
Overall, this may be a decent option for a short business stay, but we wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children.
