Would not recommend
Would not recommend! Firstly when we came to the hotel we noticed our room had really bad smelling and still air and it seemed to come back everytime when we didn't have our Windows open. Then we started noticing birds Inside the restaurant which was the first Red flag. After that we started seeing them eating from the buffets and the staff seemed to do nothing about that. At dinner we also started noticing that there were bird poop on the stools Inside the restaurant and the Last straw for us was when bird literally pooped on our table while we were eating... After that we started trying to get a refund from the hotel from our travel Agency. First when they contacted the hotel staff they denied the bird problem and we had to get picture and video footage from the restaurant and only after that they admitted it. Then when we were at the checkout one of hotel managers came to talk to us and apologise the bird problem and said they've tried everything to get rid of the birds which was a lie because I saw Nobody from the staff even trying to get the birds out or anything which made me think that the problem had been there for a long time... Also why at first then deny the problem when we tried to get the refund? Also got diarrhea and spend the night on toilet what a lovely way to start the vacation.
