Lovely interior decoration indeed but...
1. I arrived quite late &tired and the receptionist lady was very rude and kept me waiting over 30 min for my room. Also did not believe I had a reservation at all (and did not bother to chech it out) and therefore insisted me to give her my passport and credit card for a deposit. She did not put them on a closed envelope either.
2. Receptionist lady did not speak any English.
3. Shower was leaking in my room so I had troubles to get some sleep, even though I was very very tired.
4. There was a smell of mould in my room and as an allergic to mould, I got an asthma attack.
5. When arrived, the receptionist did not tell me about a dog fee so I had rather unpleasant surprise in the morning when an other receptionist made me pay for the dog. It would have been nice to hear when checking in. Also she insisted me to keep the dog in the cage during the visit.
6. The morning receptionist did not tell me that the breakfast was not included in the room price. When I told him, almost crying, how rude the evening receptionist was, he said the brekkie was on the house.
7. The morning receptionist was professional, polite and friendly.
8. Breakfast was one of the best ones I've had.
9. Breakfast servers were lovely!
