Stayed here two nights on the september. Nice hotel and friendly staff, with quite affordable room prices compared to other NYC hotels at the Manhattan. Nothing special though. Air condition was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed while we were out to see the city. Breakfast was okay, for an american standard, it included at leat two different fruits, waffles, bagels, toast (finished on the second morning), cereals, boiled and scrambled eggs, some porrige, yoghourt, coffee, juices... But no ham, salami, hard cheese, tomatoes or cucumbers. Hotel is located near south ferry and boiling green subway stations. Would recommend if you wanna see downtown Manhattan sights, Statue of Liberty or Brooklyn.
