Great last minute stay!
Originally just used the hotels park n fly feature when traveling north from Orlando. Unfortunately, the flight back into Orlando was delayed so I stayed last minute here. Took about 15 minutes for shuttle to pick me up in terminal C. Driver was not friendly at all. Front desk staff were very nice! They offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, but not hot tea which I felt was very discriminatory. Room was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Shower at nice and hot and there is an ample towel supply. I like the indoor access to the rooms because it keeps the hotel room more quiet than an outward facing hotel room door. And I travel alone a lot, and I feel much Safer. Had the $10 breakfast in the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious and well worth the price! Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and our go to when we fly out of Albany.

Cold shower
Hot water didnt work in the room. No plumber at the location to fix. We had a very long day of travel and just wanted a hot shower and to sleep. Hotel representative did off breakfast for free but our flight was early therefore the offer was no benefit to us. We were advised after a few calls to the front desk on how to rig the water spout to give us hot water and it worked.

Thankful for the front desk
I recently booked this hotel for my wife because they advertised a 4 AM airport shuttle, which was critical for her early flight. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be incredibly stressful and unacceptable. Despite reserving a spot on the shuttle the day before, when she arrived at the scheduled time, the driver, Hercules, refused to let her board—even though her reservation was clearly on the list, her room number was noted, and there were two empty seats available. His refusal was completely unjustified and discriminatory. Left with no other option, my wife was forced to arrange for a private car service, which caused unnecessary stress and placed her in a potentially unsafe situation. Fortunately, the front desk worker intervened after my wife explained what happened. They called Hercules back, made him return to pick her up, and even offered to help cover the cancellation fee for the car service. When Hercules finally returned, the other passengers were upset and voiced their frustration about having to come back, which created an even more stressful and uncomfortable ride for my wife. All of this unnecessary chaos was caused by Hercules trying to assert authority at her expense, despite her legitimate reservation and the availability of seats. The sole reason we chose this hotel was for the convenience of the airport shuttle, but the driver’s discriminatory and unprofessional behavior put my wife in jeopardy of missing her flight
