The premium rooms with the incredible view from the bathtub are subject to availability. I was given an absolutely terrible room that had one tiny window in the bedroom, no view of any kind, and the bathtub was just a standard bathtub in a walled bathroom with no windows. I tried arguing this as it's pretty clearly a scam, but to no avail.
On my second night I was given the actual room that I paid for, and it's exactly like in the pictures when the previous guest checked out.
The hotel is quite outdated in many ways. The electricity solutions like the curtain opener didn't work, the curtains had partially fallen off, the soundproofing was insufferably bad, the toilet didn't flush properly, the sewer didn't drain the water from the bathtub... this is a glorified 3 star hotel with nice views (if you get the correct room).
The staff were mostly nice, and they let me use the spa to have a shower before might late evening flight even though I'd checked out 8 hours earlier. The staff at the spa were super nice as well. The location is good, next to the metro stop and some good restaurants.
Overall a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend the place unless you get a great deal.
