Young and unexperienced staff is causing some bad feelings. Normally service level in 5 star hotels are good, but here you can see unexperience all over. We had a suite for 3 people but extra bed was not ready, so went back to reception to ask that. They promised to arrange. In the evening after 6 hours it still not handled and webt to ask that because wanted to go to the sleep, they said that it will be done immeaditly. At 23.00 went third time to ask before receiving it.
Also ehen we arrived afternoon and thought to check bar and restaurant upstairs we went to top floor and walked 2-3 meters inside in empty restaurant(only max10 people) and my daughter took picture through the window about city cane this app.22 years old waiter to say that it is not allow to take picture near window because nar customers cant see out???? The whole floor was windows from floor to top, no people near at least 20 meters....
We just came from Lissabon, madrid and barcelona from 5 stars hotels and this service was so low level that unbelievable to use so unorofessional young people, because the service is the modt valuable asset when you are 5 star hotel. We did not ate in that restaurant. But view is beautiful.
Also same in breakfast, when asked to be seated next to window, she said sorry no tables left in next to window and we were seated by the door. Anyway founded out that there where you webt to pick up foods were 2/3 of windows left, so young staff did not want to walk 20 m
