The hotel was beautiful and so was the room, the staff however was not very accommodating. When I checked in, they checked my ID and took my credit card but said the room wasn't ready, so wait for a text when to come back. We went to the bar in the hotel and the bartender stood and talked to another customer for at least seven minutes before coming over to see if we wanted a drink. He then proceeded to taste my drink and then he filled my friend drink to full, so he dumped some off the top which was the floater that she paid for. We then went back to the front desk because our room was ready, and he asked for my ID and credit card again. I told him I already did that, and he said it was for over charges, when I said that was impossible, he said he was look at a different person's bill. He then gave us the key. He didn't give us any information whatsoever, so we had to ask how to find our room and about the free breakfast service.
