Very short stay... and first time I can say that the Hotel Indigo was a letdown. Airline crew slowed down the check in... the room, which is nice overall, it got sooo rundown in 3 years since opening, with the furniture in the room chipped, light in the bathroom flickering, no room for hanging towels... and large bath towels missing altogether! The fellow who checked us in was really pleasant once he cleared the Airline crew, plus the room he set us up with had unobstructed view on Manhattan. Until the hotel fixes all the small kinks, I will sadly say, IHG should think twice if they want this place to be part of the Indigo portfolio.
