The buffet staff, Victor, Luis, and Alexander went out of their way to make the experience in the buffet always pleasant and memorable, shinning stars of a very proficient and well trained staff.
The other outstanding experience was at the Olivo restaurant, Fransisco the head of staff ensures every guest is taken care of, our server Robertico was attentive and very knowledgeable.
Those are the only good memories of a 5 day stay. We had issues with the room and the managerial staff at the front desk was awful. Johnfry of the late shift came through with the common sense solution, althought I think he got in trouble for it.
