Since I can’t write the long review that I wish,( only allows 1500 words) I’m Going to make it short. . HUGE language barrier. They cater to Spanish language more than English even at the pool activities. Lot of walking, have to take the “ train” to the beach, to the restaurants, pretty much everywhere. make sure you ask the questions of breakfast lunch and dinner times, we weren’t told. Shower water is VERY hot, shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower( plus) no bar is open 24 hours. 15 restaurants to choose from, must make reservations. If you don’t go to dinner or don’t cancel within 24 hours, they charge your room $20( no one tells you that) entertainment was soso kinda boring. Germin and Melvin in the buffet were awesome. Food was okay. . Same options daily in the buffet. Garden buffet was terrible, Brazilian restaurant was terrible. Meats was the best we’ve been to. Staff was friendly, room was dated and old. We asked for two queens and got packing and a full that was pushed off to the corner( very weird) overall okay, but won’t return! Don’t get them to convince you to upgrade! It’s not worth it!!!!
