Beautiful home, lots of character and conveniences
This house is wonderful, full of charm and character from the 1800s along with modern conveniences in the bathrooms and kitchen. We had a great stay for our niece's wedding, perfect place for us to relax before and after the wedding.

Beautiful home
We were staying for four nights at this beautiful home so friends and family could attend my daughter’s graduation. The home far exceeded our expectations. We had three generations of family members staying with us and all found the home comfortable The yard is exceptional with lovely gardens, a wind chime and fountain. There was ample parking and the location was perfect for walks to town or to the park.

Beautiful historic property with modern upgrades and every convenience for guests considered
The Copper Beech House is so memorable, set in a beautiful garden with lily pond and giant tree. The patio has lovely lighting and is surrounded by a quaint low stone wall and flowers. With plenty of bedrooms, sitting rooms, and three bathrooms, our family had nice gatherings at the dining table yet enough privacy as well. The owners and property manager show true hospitality by considering the needs of guests with many little touches, such as an area guidebook, directions for wi-fi and tv, blow dryers, and a nice welcome bottle of wine. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this property to others. The location in Bristol is also great, since guests are literally minutes from area attractions.

Beautiful Property
This is a lovely home on a beautifully landscaped property, close to downtown. It was perfect for our daughter’s wedding. The house had everything we needed and is incredibly well stocked. The beds are comfortable, lovely bedding and bathroom towels. I highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to experience Bristol.

Perfect home for a family celebration
This house worked out perfectly for our NJ family’s stay for our daughter’s wedding in Middletown. Just the right amount of rooms for 6 adults to be together, with spaces to be alone! We also hosted the rehearsal dinner outside in the beautiful gardens and patio. The Scarpino’s were very accommodating to let us do that, and even made additional improvements to the garden in preparation! This is a very updated, and well-designed home, with all the modern amenities, but still holds the charm of an1800’s house. Beautiful! Only thing I hoped was that it was actually on the water, as the photo on the site alludes to. However, the water views are very close, with great access to walking or biking at Colts State Park, as well as downtown Bristol. We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful stay!
We loved this property! What a stunning house! It was fun just exploring this beautiful old home in a charming town. We had everything we needed and then some! The patio was a delightful place to relax after a busy day.

Beautiful, well appointed house
We had a terrific long weekend in this gorgeous house with two families. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, bathrooms beautifully updated, beds comfy, location terrific for exploring the area. And it’s walking distance to town! We hope to return.

Copper Beach House was perfect!
Our family stayed at the Copper Beach House for four nights for our son’s wedding, which was held at the nearby Blithewold Mansion. We could not have asked for a better location and experience. The welcoming note and bottle of wine was such a nice touch! The house was fully stocked and was very comfortable. We loved the old charm of a home built in the 1800’s, yet enjoyed the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The yard is beautiful and was great for entertaining some of our guests the day after the wedding. I can’t say enough about our experience. We hope to return another time and highly recommend this amazing home!!
