Great Location, Very Clean, Well Appointed
We really enjoyed our stay at your property. The house very clean and looked almost brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked with great appliances. Each room had its own personality and were all well decorated. Overall great stay and we will be back!

“Our Perfect Holiday Home”
This was 2nd stay at this beautiful home. After staying last year when COVID started our kids named it “ Our Perfect Holiday Home”. No-body wanted to leave. This stay was no different. This beautiful house did not disappoint. The house is beautiful. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, everything you need and such a peaceful location. Both Vanessa and her Dad make the entire booking process and stay seamless. My son ( age 6) said he continues to become a proper fisherman when we come to stay here. This was the house he caught his very first fish last year! This year his luck continued. We all had lots of fun swimming and play around in the pool. Something that really made the property stand out to us when booking last time. This year we even bought a kayak and both kids and my husband had so much fun paddling away from the house up the channel fishing and exploring. Again nobody wanted to leave and the kids are already asking when will we go back??? Thank you Roland & Vanessa again for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely see you again!!!

Beautiful home!
Had a wonderful visit and the home was beautiful! Plenty of patio space! Very clean in the home, perfect layout for kids as well as adults! Plenty of room in kitchen for cooking and eating together! All appliances were top notch, location was great just a quick drive to Rockport! Owners were very helpful and very quick to respond to our questions. Definitely recommmend staying here!

“When can we go back?”
That was the question my kids were asking when we were driving home! As a family with 2 small children who’ve been Quarentining since Feb this house was just what we needed. It was perfect! When I initially asked my kids what they wanted in a vacation house they said somewhere with a pool, where they could fish off the front porch and it had to be in Texas. When I found this home we hit the jackpot and it did not disappoint. Both Roland and his daughter Vanessa were excellent at keeping in touch with us both before and during our stay. If we had any questions whilst there Vanessa was was always available to help out. Everyone loved it from the moment we arrived and nobody wanted to leave. My 3yr wanted to spend every minute in the pool and my 5yr didn’t want to do anything other than fish. My son is now calling it the vacation where he become a “real fisherman” because he caught his first 3 fish there. He is one very happy young man. Thanks Roland and Vanessa for a amazing vacation

Wow!
Being a small group of Vrbo employees to rent this home, we'd like to say these hosts are doing it right! Literally everything is thought of down to the smallest detail including a laundry basket in every room, extra blankets and pillows, a scoop to clean out the grill, a FULLY stocked kitchen, and even a small array of pool toys. We had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible and made tons of memories. My 4 year old son even caught his very first fish from the back deck! Contacts with Roland and Vanessa were quick and easy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close enough to amenities and restaurants in Rockport and Aransas Pass. We'd really recommend this home to any future travelers and we may even be back ourselves!

Amazing property!
Our family had a wonderful experience! Starting with the excellent communication from Roland and his daughter Vanessa. They were so hospitable and thoughtful. We had came out to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday and they went the extra mile to make her feel so special and welcomed by delivering goodies and a gift! Wow! First class experience! Our family never wanted to leave. Thank You again for a truly wonderful getaway in your beautiful home.

Fantastic, highly recommend!!!!
We have rented numerous homes in the area, this home is officially in our top 3! The property manager is the owner and they were super easy to deal with. The home feels new and is highly upgraded. The AC is super cold and the boat dock was super functional. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing on hot days. 5 Stars all the way, we hope to come back soon!

This property was everything that was listed online!
Loved the location and house was extremely clean! I felt at home!! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all utensils We needed. We will definitely return!!
