We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our doors would not lock, we had to go downstairs every time to get new magnet keys. They don't do basic room services for days and you have to keep chasing them just to get clean towels. On our check out we got charged almost an extra $400 dollars supposedly because we got charged for 2 rooms even though the one room had nobody in it for 3 days. We debated them for hours and it got to the point where we almost missed our flight back to the US so I just paid. I had booked like 9 rooms and had an issue with just about every room. It was just not a good hotel, the upper level personal were horrible, there is no management to get a hold of. So only book this hotel if you have to, just overall bad. The worst hotel we've ever stayed at. My group and I travel somewhere new twice a year for the last 8 years and this was our worst experience hotel wise.
The bartender, the chef, and some of the night staff were really good though. They actually tried to make things better and tried to explain the issues.
