The most unpleasent experience. I had reservated a room , one month before my trip,I had to make some adjustments to dates, 2 weeks before. Change was confirmed by hotel (booking was made by Hotels.com ), but when I arrived the hotel did not have a room for me. Personel at the frontdesk were more interested of tennis in tv than helping me with this harmful situation.I had paid the room ( 110€ ) and despite of their mistake ( Hotels.com had written confirmation), they refused to give my money back. I understand that mistakes can happen, but instead of trying to solve it you just denie it and actually end up stealing a customers money. Hotel.com helped me a lot and they promised to refund my stay, when Hotel Moulin Vert refused to do so. I am happy that I am able to share this experience with everyone who I know and tell everyone that this hotel is defenately something you should not try.Even you reserve a room and they confirm it, they might just take your money and you wont have a place to stay. Story ended up so that I had to make a new reservation to a other hotel and as done with a short notice, ended up paying much more than I should.
