The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a lift (not all hotels have one). We were upgraded, but the room was in the loft, so if you’re tall you risk hitting your head when you get out of bed. Close to all tourist hot spots, but a very, very expensive area. All top shelf brands shops at full retail price. Extremely busy, even off season.

tiny rooms and small bed (my OH is 6f3 and feet sticking out) not worth paying for the breakfast lot of cafes nearby towels are tiny air con works not alot of wardrobe space fine for two or us for a weekend getaway!

Lovey hotel
First time in Paris and this hotel met beyond my expectations! The receptionist was sooo nice and great. (Selene I believe her name was) she was so accommodating and helpful. Everything was nearby, champ Élysée wasn’t far and the arc de triomphe was a 5 min walk. The only thing that bothered us was we were able to hear people walking upstairs and outside. I can’t wait to return to Paris and stay here again!

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in any standards: small room and small bathroom. Listing the hotel as 4 star is misleading or cheating to customers. The hotel is clean and location is good. It would be a nice 2 star hotel.

Nice and centrally locates property. Room size is adequate (booked a superior room) for a Paris hotel. Walking distance to Champs Elysees. Smooth check-in.

I like the location it is close to just about everything we have been to this hotel 3 times already and like that we can walk to so many different places very easily staff is very nice and friendly and rooms are very clean and have everything needed and I love the breakfast

Fantastic all round!
A fantastic position near main points of interest. Very clean and pleasant room. Great breakfast. The receptionist was extremely efficient and very helpful. I would definitely go again.
