Absolutely fabulous staff couldn’t do enough for you very pleasant and courteous food was beautiful room comfortable and cosy

Exactly what we expected for a Blackpool B&B. No frills rooms, clean and comfortable. Couldn't expect any more for the price. The service was great from the friendly owners and we would like to stay again. Sorry we didn't get up for breakfast so can't rate it but believe from other guests that it is really good. It's in a super central location so everything from the tower, shops, arcades, restaurants and see front are no more than a 2 minute walk. Highly recommended

The owners are friendly and accommodating, the full English is delicious, the location is minutes away (walking distance, even!) from Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower, and more than enough pubs for a proper crawl. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great location near all attractions and amenities. The owners were very friendly and welcoming 10/10for their hospitality.We had two small children and particularly at breakfast there were little things that made a massive difference kids cutlery and plastic cups and plates and a good variety of snacky breakfast items this could not be faulted. The rooms are tired and dated and not as clean as I would expect.I do understand it is a budget hotel but still.Aside from the latter myself my husband ,daughter ,son in law and two grandkids had a very pleasant relaxed stay. We would stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.
