our experiences start at the entrance, nobody gave us any direction about how to enter to the hotel (in fact we entered by the condo exit), the reception was closed and nobody gave us an orientation. We finally get the directions about how to enter to our room we notice that the phone line and the microwave were broken, the main room bedsheets were dirty. At the next morning, I went to claim about the broken parts and the bedsheet they said it will fix the stuff but no replace the bedsheets, at the 3rd day they replace the microwave and the phone line was out of service in my hole stay. The dish washer spills out a lot of water and soap in the kitchen, I was sent 5 packages from amazon to the reception and received only 4 nobodies give me an answer about the missing package. The staff behavior on my last weekend, was completely frustrating to me, in fact I'm trying to recover the missing package with no news at the moment (please some one help me to recover the missing package).
