We stayed for 5 days bed and breakfast and used this Hotel as a base to explore Marbella. Everything about the Hotel was excellent. This was our first stay at Hard Rock Hotels and we will definitely search more Hard Rock Hotels in future. Friendly and accommodating staff. They were all very responsive to any questions and willing to help. I read other reviews regarding the credit card hold. While they do retain a credit card during your stay to cover any incidentals, ours was released as soon as we checked out. Honestly, I don't understand how the hold is a shock to anyone or why anyone would think they could pay in cash for a hotel room. The room was spacious (we had the Gold suite) and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the food was fresh.
