I had so big hopes of a nice two day stay in this hotel. Unfortunately all did not go so well. The checking in was very welcoming and the location and surrounding beautiful. Thought I had come to a holiday paradise. The first night we woke up to horrible loud music that continued until 3 AM. So we did not get the rest we needed. The follwing morning we moved to another room and that was arranged quite smoothly. We got information about the wonderful pools ( one specially only for Nobu guests) we could use. But 2 of 3 pools were under maintenance, also the Nobu pool. The garden was under some kind of rebuilding, so the whole day there was a lot of noice. Would have been nice to get this information in advance so I would have avoided the disappointed feeling. Also I asked the guestservice to book me a massage and help me by contacting a Spanish company when I do not speak Spanish. With a warm smile they said they would help me with both matters. I never heard back from the guest service. But the breakfast is AMAZING.
And the Sushbar FANTASTIC. The insanely good Sushi dishes helped a bit with all the disappointments we had.
