Sunshine Gardens Bourke Allegedly Resort, NO OXFORD HOTEL as NO RESTAURANT, NO BAR, NO POOL USE and NO WATER to multiple units, tiled veranda floor was unstable with trip hazard, at unit 12 could not wash hands in bathroom sink as no water, no notice prior at check in while collecting key, on webpage or on Wotif saying renovating. Heard water would be off for 10 minutes when I got to office to ask about it as another customer was asking about NO WATER as well at same time. Still not on after 10 minutes as said.
I asked for a refund verbally and in an email to oxfordhotelau@gmail.com Friday afternoon 21 Jun 24 for $192.85 that was repeatedly denied after our 25 minutes on site seeing the false facilities advertised online, on booking site and not said at office. https://www.sunshinegardensbourkeresort.com.au/restaurant/
You would think someone would have apologized for the inconvenience of NO WATER of the Two adult males, one adult female, two grandparents and two children all sitting in front office talking in another language having their food while I asked for a refund.
Stayed at another hotel in Bourke that night that had facilities as advertised and needed for basic hygiene. Have multiple photos showing lack of facilities for anyone who would like to see what I am talking about.
