Majoitusliike puhdistetaan desinfiointiaineella; kosketuspinnat puhdistetaan desinfiointiaineella edellisten asiakkaiden lähdettyä; vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet pestään vähintään 60 °C:ssa.

Majoitustila ottaa uusia asiakkaita vastaan vasta 24 tunnin kuluttua siitä, kun edelliset asiakkaat ovat lähteneet. Tällä välin majoitustila on tyhjillään.

Wonderful time
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John’s property. The downtown is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We enjoyed all of them! The view of the water from the back yard was beautiful-lots off great boat watching! Most of our time was spent boating and relaxing on the river. Would recommend this property!

Beautiful and spacious home!
This spacious home was a perfect place to enjoy a weekend in the Prescott area. The location was convenient and right on the river. Taking the pontoon down the river and enjoying the bonfire patio/seating area is a must! John, the host was very informative and helpful. One thing I would recommend is to bring an extra fan if you are staying in the summer because it can get quite warm in the house. Lastly, the kitchen had everything that we needed and had plenty of seating. I would recommend this place!

Perfect for groups
This rental was the perfect size for a party. It is in a great location with a gorgeous view and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and were flexible with checking in early to decorate.

Amazing!
The Prescott House was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Beautiful views of the St. Croix, great accommodations and a quick walk to downtown. John and Barb were great communicators before, during, and after stay. They made all of us feel welcome - we were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. A big thank you for a fantastic weekend!

A PERFECT FIT!
A perfect place for a family gathering! Family meals and gathering places large enough to comfortably accommodate all inside and out. A 1 block walk to amazing restaurants and bars. Lucille’s is a must for lunch or dinner with the entire menu made from scratch with an amazing Chef, bartenders and servers. The River Run was going on so a lot of motorcycle traffic this weekend but even with the windows open inside was quiet and it quieted down so sleeping was not a problem. Loved the architecture and the mix of old and new. We will be back! Thank you!

Location
The place was just as described. There was plenty of room for 8 adult couples. The house was clean and well taken care of. Would recommend to stay here for sure!

Overall very good
This house was very nice and big with multiple areas to hang out and also many nearby locations to go out and have fun. It was nice to be able to get out on the pontoon and go on the river. Nice landscaping. Great fishing area and beautiful scenery. The host was very responsive and kind. Just a few negatives… The check in process was a bit of a headache because I had to download an app and sign up for an account. The owner ended up having to give me a code, which I think would have been much easier if that was the situation from the beginning. There are controllers to control each ceiling fan and light in the house and sometimes they didn’t work and we couldn’t get light or control the fan settings. It was a bit confusing and frustrating trying to it out. The internet went out while we are there and we are on T-Mobile, so we didn’t get the greatest reception either. Not sure if it’s a common occurring or a one time thing but that was kind of a drag. Only other issue is kind of a big one. It’s been extremely hot outside and the air conditioning was not sufficient. This house doesn’t have central air, so there is just one small window AC for each floor. For such a big house, this is just not going to work. The house was hot in several areas and we were baking in our bedrooms. Some of us had to sleep in the hallways or living rooms because there was no AC in the bedrooms and the fans just weren’t enough. So none of us got good sleep or even much sleep at all, which negatively impacted our time there. All in all, we still had a great time. If not for the AC issue, this would I’ve been a much better stay but I hope that gets figured out because I do think this is a great place!

A great place to relax
Thanks! John After Covid, it was really nice to enjoy the kids and their families under one roof. Everyone enjoyed fishing, pontoon rides and the spacious home. Very clean and well equipped with almost anything you would need. John even called to let us know my grandsons stuffed animal was left behind. The only negative was the street noise in the mornings. Will go back again.
