Stay at the Sheraton Fallsview for three nights and on the second day they forgot to make our room. We left the hotel around 11am but did not get back till 8:30 pm. Called the front desk and told them that the room was not made. Front desk apologized and said that they will send up housekeeping. So we left the room again to go walk around thinking house keeping would come make the room and give us fresh towels. Returned after an hour and room was still not made and I called the front desk again...this time they told me that housekeeping service is over by 6pm and all they can give me are fresh towels. This is really unacceptable they had all day to clean and make the room. No apologizes from the front desk staff who all seem to not really care.
