It was horrible. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have enough room for my family on a single bedroom, so they separated us, and when we entered the bedrooms, both had a horrible smell. The bathtub on the bathroom was fully cracked and dirty, we weren’t able to take a shower there at all. The breakfast was also not even served, and there wasn’t that much food. When I talked with one of the housekeepers, he told us that in about 6:00 or 5:00 AM, homeless people would go through the back doors and take the food for them. The other day, my son woke up about 6:00 AM, and nobody was there, like the housekeeper told us. They didn’t give us bedsheets nor a blanket for the sofa bed, because my daughter was going to sleep there and we needed it. When my husband went to ask it at the front desk, he heard how rudely the woman talked back to a client on the phone, so he spoke calmly trying not to stress her or have her talk rudely like she did.
