I booked through the app for a 2 night stay for a spontaneous trip to the mission inn, paid around $500 thru this app & I got there and I got to the front desk to check in and noticed a small group of pilots & flight attendants waiting to be checked in, so I stood behind them in line and quickly realized that I knew it was going to be difficult to check in, I didn’t know how or why but seeing the issues that were already happening with the southwest employees had me scared. Not sure exactly what happened but they walked away super upset, so my turn next, she couldn’t find my reservation, my prepaid reservation, i literally had all the receipts & everything & she than proceeded to tell me there’s nothing she can do and I would have to resolve it with hotels.com!! So there I was standing there already for 15 minutes trying to get my reservation found; mind you it’s kind of late & it’s me and my 5 year old son at 8:00pm & not a manager in site who could resolve it. All of a sudden a guy and his bride (literally still in her wedding dress) interrupt us super angry talking about “how much longer do I have to wait to get help with getting in my room, we’ve been waiting for 30 mins in the cold…) 10 mins later, she’s back to helping me, tells me I have to either pay again or I’m SOL, because she couldn’t find my reservation. I choose to pay again, she than tells me the price is $490 A NIGHT,heck no, I want what I paid $480 for 2 nights!After a few mins she fixes the price & I stay
