I have been in this hotel during two nights ( 22 and 23 of february).I am portuguese and I speak well, portuguese, spanish and french. I also understand a little bit of English. Today after my husband had made the check out and paid de bill, I went to the reception, because I wasn' t undersanding all the items. I was surprised because I was insulted by the recepcionist called Roberts.
The behavior was so insulting by Mr.Roberts and after for other recepcionist Mrs Ilonka that I already presented complaint in the portuguese embassy, and I will present my complaint to the turism in Holland, in the European comsumers bureau and to the European comitê against racisme and xenophobia.
I will not accept that an rececpcionist treat anyone like I us treated today. As matter of fact, they have a bad service at the reception. Can a receptionist be only abble to speak Dutch and english? That is completely lousy ( when I asked him for his name he wrote in my bill that he was called Robbie...once again making foul out of me and he forgot that that demonstrate a bad caracter).
I was making an effort to understand all the explanation that Mr. Roberts was giving me. I listened to the explation until the end, but when I try to better understand what he was saying I asked him if he could talk to me in any other language that
