Stay somewhere else! This has to be the worse customer service I received in years. This hotel cancelled one room, in a two room booking, ten days in advance, throwing their hands in the air and claiming that they've authorised hotels.com to refund me when they didn't. Don't waste your time trying to call them, no one cares in the hotel, or in their customer service line. Neither I nor hotels.com could get an answer from them.
