Worth it to stay here. Love this place!
We enjoyed our family vacation here in Martha's room. They have spacious family room, strong wifi signal, good location and we'll surely go back here. They have very accommodating staff. Keep it up!

Your advertisement is BNB. Wrong it is room only. It stops serving breakfast. My husbands blood pressure shot up to 180/102. We arrived early but can not take us if do not pay 120 pesos for early check in. We sat by the corridor chairs to wait but my husband.s BP still high. I decided to ask them to check us in early and ready to pay them telling them my husband.s condition. So Sara let us in. I found out the extra bed has no pillow and bed cover. I asked for it and Sara said it will cost me 250 pesos. I said yes because we need it. First night I heard a mosquito buzzing on my ear-. I woke up with a mosquito bite on my right arm. The screen in the window is broken as I checked. I was thankful anyways to Sara by giving me info how to get to Baguio Hospital Medical Center to bring my husband to the Emergency Room. We have to checked out from the BNB after one night to go home to watched the BP of my husband after being released from the emergency room of the hospital. We lost 2 nights stay. I give thank to Sara for not charging me the early check in and payment for extra pillow and cover. The place is high for a Senior to walk up. There is a construction going on in front of it. Not a good place for seniors hotel .com. We are very unhappy.

Just stayed overnight so we were not so picky other than the accommodation should be clean and comfy. Room was clean; beddings were clean too and bed cushion and pillow soft enough. The bathroom/toilet was a shared one for the accommodation that we had. Comfort room was clean and hot shower was functioning. On the downside, room area for 3 (2 beds) however was a bit cramp. I suggest that they also provide for hangers in the closet and hooks in the comfort room where one can hang his/her clothes.

A unique stay in a bed and breakfast. Had a realty company which was a bit prophetic because I ended up buying land while staying there. My cozy room was just fine, however the barking dog in the side was not good at all. Everything else was fine.

A good Bed and Breakfast place
It was a cozy room and clean. Breakfast was always a good way to start the day. It is just off the main road of Kitsad just behind the Crown Legacy hotel is the best direction to give to the taxi driver. Well lit and felt very home like. WIFI worked great and the staff was very friendly.

Not worth the money.
Where to start. The hotel was hard to find and the taxi driver could not find it, we had to get out and walk the street. The toilet did NOT work. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. No ceiling fan as listed. No full-size refrigerator or microwave as listed. The floors were dirty. No hand towels as pictured. Only a half roll of toilet paper for six people to share. Ants in the bed and in the complimentary toothbrush/paste box. Sarah checked us in and she was very nice.

No good,
It's not good stay there, no security, no receptionist in the evening, then the other lock of the door is broken. Then they are very noisy in the early morning. It's like they don't know that they have guests having a rest!
