I booked the hotel well in advance with goob price, but seemed like it meant not a good deal with the room. Basic rooms are not what expected..
It’s almost windy in the room, feels like there is no window and no sound proof. You can hear everything from the street - as Bloomsbury Lanes bowling restaurant is open until mid night - so not much sleep before that.
And the noise in the street starts early in the morning too as the restaurants of the hotel are fulfilling their storages..
Also you can hear each step above from upper room..
We changed room when arrived as toilet was not clean, but the next one was noisy. I would think to make sure the client gets a good room if one has to change once.. already.
The beds were good though.
And the location at Tavistock square is great.
