Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong.
Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed.
Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone.
A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests.
Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame.
