Great home base in london
Great stay in the ‘penthouse’ apartment with a family of 5 adults and an Infant. A crib was set up in the room when we arrived. Rooms were clean and spacious and the private elevator access was a fun way to come in and out every day. Grandparents had fun pointing out all the buses to the baby while we watched from the big kitchen and living room windows. Short walk to the tube and bus stations, V&A and natural history museums.

Nice location, avoid basement unit
Comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location of building is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and the south Kensington tube station. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen had modern fixtures. Walls could use a painting. I would avoid booking a “patio” unit which is in the basement for several reasons: 1. It was a bit noisy since we were directly below the main entrance. 2. Windows and doors are locked up. 3. patio area is shared with another unit and just a dirty space not intended for use. Also bedroom door doesn’t shut.

Comfortable penthouse
The apartments are in an excellent location just minutes walk to the museums and underground. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. They were flexible with timings and helped store our luggage for a few hours. The penthouse apartment is bright and airy, the beds comfortable. A washing machine is provided. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped with pans and the dishwasher is old and rusty, but we were able to self-cater without too much difficulty. Overall an excellent stay.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice location, close to various forms of public transportation (train station, buses, underground). Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also close to restaurants and markets. We were on the lowest floor, and had access to a courtyard - this was a small space with no furniture so was not much of an added feature. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Cosy apartment at a great location. The size of the apartment wasn’t bad for london, especially given the location. Situated within short walking distance of several attractions, as well as tube stations and many bus stops. The concierge is warm and super helpful. The apartment we had was not like the photos, it was more run down, dated and felt a bit old. Very kind, helpful staff who were always available. I recommend this property to other travelers.

We just spent seven days at this property. The location is excellent and close to the South Kensington tube stop. After being with holiday crowds during the day it was nice to come back to this quiet area. It is close to restaurants, and two grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you. In general, the apartments are good. Great location, quiet, close to many restaurants and far from the metro. Good fresh repair. Everything is clean. Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The only minus is the old windows, from which it blows with a strong wind on the street. And water problems, very weak water pressure and it is difficult to regulate warm water, either cold or very hot. But this is a problem visible to all of London and old houses.

Stayed in a 2 BR apartment for a week, great location and amazing staff! Very close to several Underground stops and good restaurants. Nice and quiet location in the evening to relax. The only negative was the worn down condition in a few places, worn carpet, dirty walls, torn window curtains, slow draining shower, etc. Other than these minor issues, it was an amazing place to stay. Would stay here again next time in the future.
