The hotel is located about 400 meters from the (bigger, JR Line & Metro) Shimbashi station's Karasumori exit and only about 100 meters from the (smaller, Toei Mita Line) Uchisaiwaicho station's A3 exit. We considered the location very good. It may be a bit tricky to find at first, although it's next to a wider street. We had the exact GPS coordinates (35.666, 139.753) for an offline navi, so finding the hotel was no problem.
The rooms have a deep bathtub, shower, TV (only Japanese channels), free (fast!) WiFi + ethernet, a fridge with 2 free still water bottles (refilled every day), toothbrush + toothpaste sets, shaving kits, hairbrushes, air conditioning, towels, hair dryer (in the drawer under the TV) and a "smart toilet" with a heated seat, light and automatic flushing. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Reception is open 24/7. Breakfast was included in our reservation and although fairly small, they constantly varied the foods so there was a nice variation of fish, meat, vegetables, rice and so on.
Hotel staff was super helpful. We arrived to the hotel wet as it was raining, so they gave us towels and umbrellas to use for free. When my wife had a headache, they handed her aspirin for free. When we needed instructions on how to get to the airport in the middle of the night, the hotel clerk searched for info and reserved the taxi, taking good 20-30 minutes for all of that. Granted, that is how everyone in Japan acted towards us: very polite and very friendly.
