The positives were that it was in the heart of nice shopping, walkable to many sites such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, coffee maker in the kitchen, Receptionist (Alassandra) was kind and helpful. The negatives: we knew there was an elevator, however, we were not made aware that it stopped one floor below our apartment so we had to carry luggage up and around a winding staircase, one of the bedrooms and bath were not air conditioned very well which forced two people to sleep on sofas in the living room (it was exceptionally hot temps in the 90's), stingy with toilet paper (we ran out).Took too long to get hot water in one of the showers.
And they had arranged transportation for us with one of their drivers from the cruise port back to the hotel but he never showed up and Allassandra could not get him to respond. Once we knew for sure he was not coming, it took us almost two hours to get another driver which was stressful since we had a tour booked and paid for to visit Vatican City. We made it in the nick of time.
