I’m very confused as to how this property has many great reviews given the issues we had. We arrived at the property the first night; cabin was outdated. Sink and toilet bowl had a ring of dirt like it was never cleaned. The water in the shower was barely running. Wifi was sporadic. There was no TV. The bed did not have a headboard which made it so uncomfortable. My room and carpet was dirty. The restaurant was overpriced. They even charge for beach towels which was the first time I’ve ever had to do that. The list of cons just goes on and on and on. We tried to cancel our 2nd night reservation at the property and we also contacted hotels.com to intervene but they did not allow it. They however gave us another room. The next room was oceanfront. Beautiful compared to the first one. No issues with the water this time, but as for the cleanliness, we unfortunately had same issue. The bedsheets smelled horrible like it was not washed. There were small poop droplets of God knows what animal and the cabin had ants.
I would recommend trying another spot unless you don’t mind all the things listed above
