I stayed for four nights in Apartments Raic in early April, so before the pre-season started in Dubrovnik. I was contacted by them already before I came to Dubrovnik, and everything was settled well. My flight arrived in the morning, and I was able to get the room (way) before the official check-in time. When getting there, the hotel is slightly hard to find (the street names are so that you don't see them when walking from the direction of Pile-gate). After I found the apartment, the owner was waiting there for me, and I got plenty of assistance and recommendations on what to do and see, and where to eat. Everything is super close in the old town, and there are a lot of nice restaurants on the street below.
The apartment had really good wifi, which was really nice since I had to do some work while staying in Dubrovnik. Otherwise, the kitchen was also well equipped and the bathroom and bedroom areas looked really new, modern and clean. I could have definitely stayed there for a longer time.
There's pretty much nothing bad to say (well maybe that the safetybox was rather small and couldn't fit my small laptop). Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling alone or with company! Definitely the friendliest owner/staff I've ever met
