The guesthouse was in a great location, really close to the railway station and right in the city centre. The breakfast was nothing fancy and required a "mid morning snack" afterwards, but it got you going in the morning.
We had booked an ensuite room, but due to some leaking pipes were only given one with a shared bathroom. Although we got a small refund the room still felt relatively expensive compared to its run down condition. It did, for the most part, seem clean though, but it's a guesthouse definitely only meant for sleeping in, so if you want to hang out in the room consider a different hotel!
The room would've needed at least a chair or a closet or even more hooks on the wall, because as it is (no chairs, no closet, a few hooks on the door) it was really difficult to get your towels and your clothes to dry!
Also be prepared for it to be very cold inside (even in the middle of summer), but luckily the radiator was effective and easy enough to turn on.
