Wasn’t that impressed
I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The property was under construction, but there was absolutely no clear signage to indicate where to enter the building or where the check-in desk was located. It was extremely frustrating trying to navigate the situation without any direction.
Additionally, I was charged an extra $1.00 at check-in under the pretense of verifying that I was the cardholder. While the amount is small, it’s the principle that matters. I’ve never encountered this practice at other hotels, and it left me wondering how often this happens to guests.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and unnecessary fee left me with a negative impression. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
The only good thing was the breakfast service. Great kitchen staff. !
