No window, no cleaning up, very little kitchenware
I had reserved a studio room for two. The room had probably been an office before - it was located right opposite to their office room in the hallway and had double glass doors facing the waiting area and no window to kook out. I could hear everything spoken in the hallway as the glass doors didn't keep the noise. What was even more annoying was that there was a water fountain right outside the room and the voice from the running water disturbed me both day and night. The fact that there is no window was neither mentioned anywhere when I reserved the room - in a sunny place like Martinique it would be nice to have a window in your room.
The housekeeping came cleaning the room at 5 o'clock in the afternoon! I had spent hours away and just returned to my room and going to shower wrapped in a towel. So I told them that I don't need a clean up anymore. Only later I realized that I would not get my coffee the next morning since I had used both two bags that morning. I think cleaning up should be a little bit earlier than 5 o'clock and they should also put more than two coffee bags to a double room (I was travelling single, but had reserved double room). They should also have more kitchenware - there was for example no spoon in the room and only one fork and knife - not very comfortable when trying to eat cereal and yoghurt for breakfast.
