Needs improvement in many areas
The cleanliness at the pool area was negligible, we stayed for two nights and not once was it cleaned, there was trash on the floor which had not been removed during the whole time.
I asked for a travel bed for my baby and it was broken and could not be replaced and instead of a sheet for the bed I got a towel for my baby to sleep on. That is unacceptable.
The room and bathroom were ok, but the overall condition of the hotel doesn’t correspond to four stars, it is very old-fashioned and run down in some places.
I also consider it very rude when some of the staff insists on speaking to me in English when I did not speak a word of English to them as I’m fluent in French and I’m with my French partner who isn’t fluent in English. The customer is the one who decides which language to use.
I unfortunately wouldn’t return because of these reasons.
