I checked the box to include the breakfast for my reservations (2 rooms, 5 people total). The schedule was tight due early flight. When checking in, asked if it would be possible to get earlier breakfast, the receptionist was just waving his hands and said no. Ok, we’d just do it quickly at 5:00AM when breakfast normally opens, I thought.
Well, breakfast was not open at 5:00AM as promised, and to top the poor experience I got told at this point that there are only 2 breakfast paid (one per room). Naturally I got really pissed off at this point told the receptionist some unkind words and stormed out without any breakfast as there was no time to start resolving the issue due to the early flight.
Not sure if the breakfast issue was on hotels.com end or Ibis, but the order should warn if incomplete set of breakfast is being ordered. Felt like the hotel was trying to scam more money out of us.
The hotel is quite far from esp. terminal 1 of Beauvais airport. Recommend reserving 15min for the walk. Getting a taxi early in the morning is not possible within 25 minutes according to the incompetent reception.
Rooms are modern and clean, but very crammed. Air confitioning is noisy, but works. No fridge/minibar.
I don’t recommend this hotel. I will never visit Ibis hotels again.
