We stayed in the superior room with the balcony for 5 nights. The staff at the hotel was kind and spoke English very well. The location of the hotel is good since it’s close to the Roma Termini station where one can easily take the subway or train.
As for the room, we didn’t find it pleasing. The bed sheets were stained and occasionally had someone else’s hair in them. The ”towels” were not changed every day. The soundproofing of the room was terrible: our room was next to the reception where we could hear everything. In addition, the balcony was very modest and the view was uninspiring.
The breakfast was served at a café nearby. I think the staff there could have been more friendly and welcoming towards us. The breakfast included one hot or cold drink and a pastry.
Overall, we would not stay in this hotel again.
