I checked in at 5 pm or after, and had a key card, but when I finally found the room, tired and sweaty (after wandering in the endless labyrinth) the room wasn't ready at all, bed wasn't made and towels were on the floor. I made a complaint to the reception and they said that they have had some issues with the housekeeping, and offered me a new room and said "don't worry, it's not your fault". I wonder how this could possibly have been my fault? If they have issues with housekeeping they could fix the problem. The receptionist was very friendly, but perhaps she could have offered me an upgrade, or a cup of coffee, or apology at least. Otherwise the room was OK, and the breakfast was OK. If you book a room in this hotel, try to have a room which is not too far from the elevator.
