Friendly and helpful staff
The hotel is situated in the beginning of the pedestrian street from a reasonable walking distance form the railway station. The staff of the hotel was friendly, helpful ans had a sense of humor. Receptionists spoke English very well. Room was spacious and the doule bed was most comfortable. The floor was creaky but otherwise it was quiet and calm in the top floor. Cleaning service was a bit spare and for example wall to wall carpet was not tidy. The breakfast was adequate. If you needed vegetables or fruits, you could buy them from the market near by. If you arrive late (after 19 pm) you have to call to the staff to get in. The phone number can be found easily when you arrive to the door. This was a surprice to us but it worked well. It would be nice to know these kind of things beforehand.
