This is a very basic hotel on a busy road leading into Exeter. No food or snacks available, as a diabetic that was worrying. Despite difficulty to walk my room was on the third floor, no lift, no assistance to get to my room. The overbath shower had very poor pressure. No batap available, slipped getting out of the bed.
A redeeming feature was the breakfast, presented with a menu, food freshly cooked, good quality items served. Waitresses were excellent as there was no staff manning the reception.
A tale of 2 differences poor room against good breakfast. Would I stay there again ? I would prefer to sleep in my car.?
