The location of the hotel was perfect, a few minutes to the metro from where you can get anywhere. The hopon hopoff bus stop is nearby. Glories shopping centre with supermarket and all the usual shops just across the road. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, cooked, continental etc. There were a few problems when we were there. The lifts are slow and illogical, you can wait forever for the lift. Several times they didn't work at all and we had to go in the service lift with the staff. One night there was no water at all. I called reception they said 30 minutes to me, and 15 minutes to my friend who called at the same time! In fact it was hours, so not possible to have an evening shower. Luckily we had lots of bottled water in our room. We were given 2 small bottles of cava as an apology the next day. We stayed in a superior suite, the space was good BUT the lighting was terrible, the decor was very dark and the lighting not good at all. The bathroom was really nice, big walk in shower and big 2 person bath, there was also 2 sinks. A magnifying mirror for make-up, hairdryer, and lots of toiletries, shampoo, conditioner shower gel, comb, shaver etc, BUT again the lighting was terrible. We were given a litre of bottled water most days but were forgotten on 2 occasions. There was a nespresso machine in the room so we could make tea and coffee. A minibar/fridge for storing things that we bought. The staff were friendly. roof bar very understaffed.
