Disappointed
highly disappointing and unacceptable experience during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked two rooms for two nights from , but due to issues with the rooms, my family members were only able to use one room on the first night, resulting in significant inconvenience and discomfort.
Upon returning to the hotel in the evening, we found one room inaccessible. Despite multiple attempts to contact staff via phone and visiting the front desk, no assistance was provided. As a result, two members of our family were forced to sleep on the cold floor of the single accessible room. The room only had supplies sufficient for two people, with no additional blankets, heating devices, or any provisions for warmth, leading to physical discomfort and illness. This situation was utterly unacceptable.
The following morning, I contacted a staff member at the front desk, who assisted in replacing the room keys, allowing us to access the room . As we were only able to use one room on the first night, I requested a refund for the unused room. The staff informed me that he would escalate the matter to the manager and that I would receive a resolution by the next morning.
However, on the day of checkout, I followed up with another staff member, Ana, who claimed there was no record of the incident and was completely unaware of the situation.
